In Reginald’s role at Walton Isaacson, he was responsible for managing the New York office, leading the Macy's account as well as the Black and LGBTQ practice. Reginald has a wealth of experience in increasingly responsible roles within account management at various large and boutique advertising agencies.
Prior to joining Walton Isaacson, Reginald managed the Vonage account at TBWA CHIAT\DAY New York. Prior to that assignment, Reginald was a SVP, Director of Multicultural marketing at Arnold Worldwide where he provided leadership and support on the McDonald’s account in several key regional markets as well as on national African American initiatives.
Previous to joining Arnold Worldwide, Reginald was the Associate Multicultural Marketing Director at Novartis Pharmaceuticals where he assisted in developing the Multicultural Center of Excellence to support the brand teams. Reginald first gained his experience working in Multicultural Marketing at SpikeDDB which focused on marketing to the Black consumer market. At SpikeDDB, Reginald led the State Farm, Jaguar, and Foxwoods Resort and Casino accounts. Prior to joining the Ad Agency industry, Reginald launched his marketing career at Nabisco Foods group as an associate product manager supporting the cracker portfolio of products. Reginald's experience is enhanced by an MBA with a concentration in marketing that he earned from Clark Atlanta University. He resides in Harlem, New York and is an avid cyclist, enjoys baking and traveling. He is an active volunteer at GOSO (Get Out Stay Out) a non-profit organization in East Harlem New York. GOSO is dedicated to helping young men of color (ages 16-24) that have been incarcerated to re-enter society and lead productive lives.
