Michele is passionate about Global Education, Business, Relationships and Continual Improvement. She is a global academician and a global ambassador: She teaches in the realms of International Business/Entrepreneurship, Supply Chain Management, Professional Development, Leadership and Public Administration in the United States, China and France. Michele is the Executive Vice Dean at a cooperative institute adjoining Rutgers University Newark and Northeast Normal University in Changchun, China.
Michele has a wealth of Wall Street Banking experience in a 20+ years professional career in banking operations, primarily at Deutsche Bank as a Vice President in Client Technology Implementations, Project Management, Six Sigma, ISO, Lean TQM. She managed client Implementation projects that garnered well over $30 million in revenue, she managed Y2K projects for her division, she managed ISO Certification divisional projects and she managed global Total Quality Management (TQM) Innovation and Six Sigma projects and teams realizing over $1 million dollars in cost reductions and revenue generation in the bank’s Cash Management, Money Transfer and Check Processing divisions.
Michele completed most of Doctorate of Education in the Executive Leadership Doctoral Program at The George Washington University while working at Deutsche Bank and she completed the Doctorate in 2011; she earned an MS in Management from NJIT in New Jersey and a BS degree in Business Administration from Delaware State University in Delaware; Michele earned a Certificate in Advanced Project Management from Stanford University and she completed her Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and Black Belt Training and projects at Deutsche Bank.
Michele is the founder and owner of WeEmpower “Global” Partnerships, LLC: leveraging relationships to accomplish personal, academic or business feats. Michele has served on residential cooperative, non-profit and academic boards and committees. She now speaks globally and participates in global initiatives. She is a fellow of Leadership New Jersey and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.
Michele is a continual global learner and a local and global influence. She enjoys fitness and exercising. While Michele has won numerous awards and recognitions, the Servant Leadership Award bestowed at the George Washington University is a testament of who she is. She holds dear her role of aunt to 3 nieces: Madison (3), Niyana (20), Victoria (23) and nephew, Nikhil (26).
