Andrea Wilkerson, Associate Brand Director – CMK P&G Beauty has spent her 22-year career at Procter & Gamble dedicated to developing brand strategies to build stronger relationships with the African American (AA) consumer, particularly in Beauty. As a founding member and consumer architect for My Black is Beautiful, Andrea also developed and launched the first P&G beauty brand focused on AA consumers, Pantene Relaxed & Natural…which set the stage for the Pantene Gold Series. In addition, her consumer expertise has influenced marketing and merchandising strategies for Herbal Essences, Pampers, and P&G's largest grocery customers. She is currently leading the Old Spice, Secret, Gillette Deodorants and Olay Personal Care Analytics and Insights organization.
Andrea serves on the Cincinnati Music Festival Board of Directors and has received numerous awards for her leadership in driving inclusion, including the P&G Global Diversity & Inclusion Inspirational Leader Award.
